Someone finds the business.
We build a website where they can ask for a tree removal estimate.
We connect your website, customer requests, booking, and follow-up so your team knows who needs a reply and what happens next.
Here is an example for a tree care business. Click through the steps.
This is an example. No real messages are sent.
Someone needs help. They find your business. We make it easier for them to ask for an estimate—and for you to keep track of what happens next.
We build a website where they can ask for a tree removal estimate.
Their name, phone number and request go into one organized place.
The system can automatically text: “Thanks for reaching out! Here’s how to book an estimate.”
They pick an available time and receive reminders.
If they have not answered, the system can send a friendly follow-up. Replies and decisions go back to your team.
After your team marks the job finished, the system can ask for a review and remind them about future services.
You are on a job. The phone rings. An estimate needs a follow-up. You should not have to remember it all.
A new request can create a task for the right person: call the customer, follow up on an estimate or schedule the job.
The task has a due date. The person responsible gets a reminder. We can also set an alert for you when a task is overdue.
See what is due, what is late and what is done in one place. Your team updates the tasks as they finish the work.
Call back about tree removal · Office team · Due today at 9 a.m.
Follow up on the roof estimate · Estimator · Due today at 2 p.m.
Book the approved job · Job scheduler · Due tomorrow
We agree on who gets each task and when reminders go out. If you work alone, the tasks go to you. These tools help you keep track; your team still needs to act.
When calls, requests and estimates get forgotten, customers may move on. Here is what the research says—and a simple example of what that could cost.
That was the home-services missed-call rate in CallRail’s 2025 benchmark report. Its overall study covered 1.1 million conversations across several industries.
Read CallRail’s report · January 2025 ↗In a separate survey of 1,000 U.S. consumers, 78% said they had taken their business elsewhere after they could not reach a company by phone.
Read CallRail’s survey · September 2025 ↗Keep customer requests, follow-up tasks and due dates together. See who is responsible before another day slips by.
Talk about what gets missed in your business ↗Imagine 10 qualified requests go unanswered or never get a follow-up in a month. If 2 of those people would have booked a $1,000 job:
2 potential jobs × $1,000 = $2,000 in potential revenue that month.
These are made-up numbers to show the math. Use your own request volume, booking rate and average job value. This is potential revenue, not profit or a promise of recovered sales.
These are third-party vendor studies, not Simple Service Systems client results. The consumer survey covers businesses generally, not just home services. It does not mean 78% of missed calls become lost jobs. Neither study measures revenue lost specifically to forgotten tasks; actual results depend on your business.
Choose your type of business. We change the details to fit the work you do.

These are examples, not stories about past clients. We agree on the steps included in your package before we start. Your team still talks to customers and makes job decisions. We send messages only through channels the customer has agreed to or that are otherwise permitted.
We take care of the setup and help keep it working. Your team answers customer questions, gives estimates and books the jobs.
We ask how customers reach you, how you give estimates and what takes too much time.
You receive a clear scope, price and implementation plan. We set up the forms, booking times and follow-up steps we agreed on.
We try each step and show your team how to use it before customers do.
We check the tools, help fix problems and make the updates included in your plan.
Start with a focused setup. Add ongoing support or a custom project when you need it.
For businesses that already receive inquiries and need a better way to manage them.
Keep your system useful as your day-to-day needs change.
For work beyond the focused Lead-to-Estimate Setup.
Software subscriptions and usage charges are outlined separately in your proposal. Paid advertising, full website rebuilds, advanced routing, custom APIs and historical data cleanup are outside the focused setup. We agree on deliverables, costs and acceptance checks before work begins. Taxes may apply.
We start with what you use today. We talk about what to keep, what needs to work together and what needs to change.
Talk about what you need ↗We have worked in technology sales and home services. We know you have customers to call, estimates to send and jobs to finish.
We help answer simple questions: Who needs a reply? Did the estimate go out? Who should call next? Has the job been booked?
We mainly use GoHighLevel, a tool that keeps customer details, booking and messages together. We also look at the tools you already use.
Optional Ongoing Support is $299 per month and covers a monthly system review and up to two hours of small changes or support. Additional work is scoped separately. Software subscriptions and usage charges are outlined in your proposal.
Not always. You may keep the tools you use to schedule crews, send invoices or do your books. We check what can work together before we agree on the setup.
A website gives people a place to learn about you and ask for help. These plans mainly help you handle those requests and follow up. Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ads are available as optional services. Our fee and your ad budget are separate from these packages. Ongoing work to improve search rankings is also separate. We cannot promise a certain number of customers or sales.
Yes. Your team answers questions, gives estimates and agrees on the work. The tools can send agreed replies and reminders. These plans do not include a person answering your calls or messages every day.
We agree on the delivery schedule in your proposal. Work starts once we have the required access, business details and approved content. Missing information or third-party approvals can affect timing.
It is software that can answer common questions through chat or incoming calls, using information you approve. We agree on what it can answer and when it should pass the question to your team. AI helper setup and service costs are quoted separately.
We will spend 30 minutes talking about how customers reach you, how you send estimates and what is hard to keep up with.
If we’re a fit, you’ll receive a scoped proposal.
